The five deg C resolution is appropriate. If you need tighter you go to your calculator or a bigger table.

Yep I was looking at that and thinking maybe it's a bit inadequate.
Many have said the Tantalum table is useless, and probably so, although I always forget the A/B/C/D package to metric conversions.

Sixteenths occasionally. Thirty seconds and sixty fourths never. Same for twentieths and fiftieths and hundredths.

Yep, I was thinking of dropping the 64th and 50th as they are too small and maybe the the 0.5mm as well, as they are all a bit fine.
The 16th scale obviosuly handled the 1/4 and 1/8 as well.

I'm a yank and although we were introduced to metric pretty well in school I still struggle sometimes with conversions between nano, micro, pico, etc. I know, I'm a noob. I feel ashamed that I have to leave a browser tab open with cap values.

0.3" lead forming would be nice (small diodes, 1/8W res)
