I'm curious what might be going on with this LC power filter (note both the front and back sides of the board):
https://alexnld.com/product/10pcs-l-c-power-filter-2a-rtf-lc-filter-3amp-2-4s-lc-module-lllustrated-eliminate-moire-video-signal-filtering/
What is that IR chip on the back and how is it being used?
Thanks!

It's a MOSFET:

Probably used as reverse polarity protection in case someone plugs it in wrong.
