Is there a place to get schematics for OpenBoardView ?

Only if the original poster of the BRD (PCB board) file also posted the corresponding SCH (schematic) file.

The normal development flow is to create a PCB layout from a schematic.
This is pretty much a one way process.  I'm not sure there is enough information in the BRD file to go back.
I don't know of any tools that let you get back to a schematic from the PCB layout.
