Title: ov7670 test pattern and register configuration

Hello
What is the output data format of ov7670 in test pattern mode(8 bar code)?is it modifiable?i tried to change it to RGB565 from it's default but it didn't affect the output.
What about it's resolution in test pattern mode?
I also need some working register configuration in different resolutions(e.g. QCIF).

Hi, output format should be dictated by register settings. You should check MSB/LSB settings.

How picture is scanned and sent in RGB565 mode?is it bottom to top of the picture or vice versa?

IIRC should be top->bottom, left->right.
