Thanks. My diode tester shows 0 V for both directions of the TVS and ohm meter shows exactly same value in ohms for both directions of the TVS. Depending on TVS it shows from 3 to 20 ohm. So I guess they are all destroyed, right?

If it conducts in both directions, under its rated voltage, then it's bad. It's highly it's not the only bad part: many other components will have been destroyed.
