Need help to source 10 conductor cable that is 3.5mm thick, preferably shielded.

Hello all, so turns out the cable I thought would work leaves me a couple wires short, I need some 10 conductor cable that is rougly 3.5mm thick, honestly as close to 3.5 as possible would be perfect because it's fitting in grommets, maybe 3.6 or so would work too, that is shielded if possible.
I'm fine with either twisted enameled wires on the inside, or individually sleeved wires, maybe in the 30-28 awg range, doesn't matter a whole lot but if possible I'd like to use it to split a lithium ion battery supply between the two sides of this project.

I haven't a clue where to start looking for this stuff, and I don't need much, so something where I could just buy by the foot would be ideal. I'm hoping someone here can find something suitable for me, or point me in the right direction.

The jacket for the outside doesn't really matter much, plain old pvc or whatever is fine, but I'm hoping to find something without printing.

Oh yeah, shit! I discounted usb from my mind as I don't have anything that uses type c ports, but if I can find one thick enough that will probably be basically perfect, and close by. I'll have to stop at a computer shop sometime tomorrow with some calipers.

Do make sure to find a cable that's built for USB-3 data though.

A cable with only USB-2 data probably won't have enough conductors.
