I'm asking about an ideas about design an optical fibers communication system project for Bachelor's degree or any recommended website that could be helpful for communication systems.
thanks.....

You may need to be more specific.  There is a lot of scope; international telecoms backhaul, city-scale backhaul, fancy physics stuff,  industrial etc.

Avago (now Broadcom) make a nice line of industrial modules (modest bandwidth and range). https://www.broadcom.com/products/fiber-optic-modules-components/industrial/

The White Rabbit is a crazy precision synchronised system for physics experiments. https://www.ohwr.org/projects/white-rabbit

Not just that but there are also many industrial busses which use optical fibers.
There are small lies, big lies and then there is what is on the screen of your oscilloscope.

WDM as in Wavelength Division Multiplexing? Isn’t that super high bandwidth stuff?

It’s not clear what you want to research.
