POE IEEE 802.3af pad spacing

Hi everyone,

I don't use forums very often, so please bear with me.  :)

I am designing a Arduino-compatible ESP32-based POE as a hobby project. It is an isolated power design that should fit the IEEE 802.3af standard.
The first Prototype is already here and working (mostly  :P ).
For the second Version I decided to switch the POE-Ethernet jack to a low-profile variant, so that Arduino-Shields actually fit onto it.

In the datasheet it states that it is IEEE 802.3af compliant.

Now my problem:
The data- and the power-pads are incredibly close together. Wouldn't that lead to a lower than 1500V rms isolation if I lead the data-lines to the other side of the isolation-zone? Do I need to add a Signal-Transformer despite already having one integrated into the Ethernet-Jack?

Does anyone have any experience with the required pad-spacing?
