I am looking for data on the LN9T15B Switchmode Power supply controller IC from Lii Semi.
I know that it's an 8-Pin, 15W SMPS Controller IC, and I found the manufacturers page at
http://www.liisemi.com but that is about as far as I can get. The links to the datasheet on the manufacturers website don't work.
Does anyone have access to a data sheet for this device?
Anyone know if this device is any good? I have a few iPhone chargers which use it and all have blown the output rectifier (an SM820B Diode). I'd like to see the datasheet just for completeness, as I think the failures on the rectifiers are just down to over-current from faulty cables. These chargers don't have any output fuses in them.
