Sorry for the very beginner/dumb question. I have a nice analog circuit that works fine for my needs (basically a white noise / pink noise generator) that works on +15V/GND/-15V DC power requirements and drains very little power (far less then 40mA). But, I was thinking about "boxing it" on a guitar pedal box and use regular guitar pedal power supplies, that are +9V/GND DC.
So, is there any simple circuit I can do to make a (+9V/GND) to (+15V/GND/-15V) power rail?
I was thinking about getting two "DC-to-DC" boost circuits and connect the (-)OUT side of one to the (+)OUT of the other and set each boost to 15V. Something cheap like this but I really don't know if that will work:
