Various length color power cables

I'm a bit tired of the tangled mess 6ft power cords make.

I'm looking for color-coded 1-3ft AC power cords. Wow, these things are hard to find, and are expensive too.

3$ US for one power cord is OK, UPS shipping into Canada for 45$+customs is not. Neither is lots of 10000 pieces...

My simple goal is to have 5 or 6 colors, and short direct connections. I have more power cord than power on my desk right now.

buy the 3ft cords in the colors you need and cut some shorter and replace the wall end plug.

We've tried to do it for our data center (to differentiate between power circuits), it is suprisingly a royal pain in arse to find it.

We ended up just trying a color zip-tie on both ends of the standard cables

That's why there's a 5 color pack of tape in the telcom closet at work. We do the same thing just with tape.
