Sugestion for power IC

Hi all

What I need:
- switching IC with internal MOSFET for switching for example max 50V 1A (50W) and another output for relay.
- Should have possibilities to take control between MOSFET or relay.

What is the goal:
Simple plastic cube with two connectors, one DC switched by MOSFET and one relay ac plug controlled by USB.

I'm wondering if exist such IC

One more expectation (not necessary) galvanic separation would be great:)
