Component reeling service - recommendations?

So I just received 5,000 SOT-23-5 regulators from Verical... in a damn screw-top canister.

I didn't realize they were loose - I thought they were on a reel.  Can anyone recommend a reeling service, and/or give an idea what the cost of such a service is?  I'm hoping to send them somewhere and get them reeled, if it's not too expensive.
