There are 3 Isolation transformers in our lab, one with 1 x 1KVA rating with 2 x 500VA outputs and it stands in a DIY-like case on the floor. Another 2 x 150VA ones was located also in a DIY style in-front and right above our desk like this;
Then I realised that we could design and build Proper Isolation Transformer Units (PITU I call them) for everyone and started this journey by building first 2 for ourselves with the 2 x 150VA's inside;
Here is the image from the first design;
The two will have these specs;
1 x 150VA capacity 220VAC/220VAC isolated Type C output plug with lid
IEC C13 Power Input Plug
ON/OFF Switch with power light
Changeable fuse at the back
Ground connections in front and at the back
Ghost handle
Earthed sheet metal casing with yellow-black color
Any feedback will be appreciated, thanks.
