proper use of MC33161to monitor +12V -12V
« on: October 23, 2024, 03:11:15 pm »
Hello Sergey,I have here a component called MC33161.
I have only the bad +12V and -12V as inputs from my power supply,  3 second till it reache -12V and 2 seconds till it reaches +12V
I learned that MC33161 could to use to monitor these voltage, however i have few questions:
What do i put VCC pin?
How do i set it to monitor +12V -12V  ?

Thanks.

I am not Sergey, but anyway, Let Me Google That For You™

1. Click here.
2. In the document that will open, search for Vcc (press keyboard buttons control and F at the same time, then enter the text vcc). Press the keyboard button F3 to find the next occurrence of the search term vcc.
3. Now scroll to page 7.
4. In the bottom of the page 7 you will find section APPLICATIONS, pages 7 to 12. Read this section carefully.
5. In applications on pages 7 to 12, find a use case that satisfies your requirements.
6. Implement it.

I only have the slow rising +12V -12V.
What should i do with Vcc?
Thanks.
