For what this filter is used ?

Hi All ,
i trie to understand the compensation loop of the QL355 , for the voltage amplification they use a diffierential Amplifier with a gain of 0.049 that can sense voltage remote or localy , the circuit seems to be under damped i shared the bode diagram of the circuit , What is the use of this Capacitor ?
