I'm engaged in ESP32-CAM project, AI Thinker schematic has IPS6404LSQ ps ram but cun't find it. so my question, is IPS6404LSQ and ESP-PSRAM64H completely compatible??

Afaik, ESP-PSRAM64H is a relabeled another chip, but I don't remember which one. If they have same voltages and timings, then I'd say it's drop-in replacement. Did you check datasheets?

From what I saw in datasheets, they are identical, pins are the same and commands too.

Yes they are compatible. Those are the same chips that can be used on the Teensy 4.1.
