ULN Voltage reference, switchable 2-10 in 1V steps.

 Here easy to build project, Ultra Low Noise voltage reference. Created for noise tests, mostly adc's.
And test results with  output set to 10V, can't say for sure what drive noise curve up at the low end, is it reference or SA input cap (been charging all day, about 50 nA leak at the moment). Data in nV/sqrt().
