TSOP Series response time

Hi all;

Does somebody know the response time of a TSOP series device, like TSOP1738?
I want to know the time that takes when the modulated IR hits the sensor, and tha change in the output.

I didn't see that specification on the datasheet.

I'm not sure if I'm reading this right, but it looks like td (time delay) is between 7/f0 and 15/f0.  For f0=38kHz, that's 184-395uS (Figure 7):
