As subject says, and both are exact same type/model, its a quality aluminium frame, plastic impeller DC axial fan made by Sanyo Denki.

The broken one is rated at 12V, and has one of it's blade gone caused by stupid accident as a screw driver was dropped into the spinning fan.  |O

Locally I have a cheap offering of the exact same type and model, but its different voltage variant that is rated at 48V.

From the tear down of the current broken one, the plastic impeller has the embedded circle magnet, and thinking (wishfully) whether its possible to fix it by just pulling the impeller from the 48V version, and then install it at the 12V one ?  :-//

It will probably work, the only difference is likely to be the windings on the stator core and possibly the ratings of some components. If it has the same number of blades then the blade assembly is probably identical. Only way to find out for sure is get one and take it apart.
