Hi folks,

By pulling up the base of the back seat of the Seal EV, it reveals the Li-ion 12V battery on the left hand side, and the following two connectors that are plugged into nothing on the right hand side. I would love to know what part number these connectors and their mating partners are, and what your best guesses are as to what these connectors are for? I'm really hoping connector #1 is useful for either access to the CAN bus and/or trailer brake/indicator signals, but I don't have a clue!

Connector #1

Connector #2

Thanks in advance!

White connector looks like TE 1674312-1.

TE 1674312-1 is indeed incredibly similar, but ultimately not quite the same -- the retention clip is a bit different, and the bumps on the 2nd and 5th top ridges point outwards rather than inwards as is the case with the TE 1674312-1. Thanks for the pointer, though, I might be able to follow up looking for similar parts -- although I'm now worried this I'm dealing with a TE-patent-dodging knockoff of the TE 1674312-1...

I guess the black one is a controlled power supply for an extra amplifier (car audio) or active subwoofer.

G'day rs20,

Have you seen this guys videos?

He seems very adapt at pulling his Seal EV internals to bits so may be able to ID your connectors.
