I'm looking at a schematic that has FDN310P (replaceable by A1HSB)... it appears to be a 5V logic level P channel mosfet...

But...  Why doesn't a FDN310P datasheet appear in a google search?  A1HSB likewise?

Probably because someone misread it when they copied FDN340P off some other arduino board schematics.

The actual device seems to have A1sHB markings. SI2301DS ?

Why do you want to know? Are you building that circuit or repairing it?

There's nothing special about that MOSFET. Just choose something which has a maximum drain-source voltage of over 7V, can pass >500mA with a gate voltage of 5V and negligible voltage drop.

I've just had a quick look through Mouser and found: NTR3A052PZ PMV65XP & PMV30XPEA. There are many more.

Neither. I have some of them left over which I previously gutted for the processor etc (a very cheap way to get a collection of parts) and I need a high side load switch... and that PFet looks perfect.

I gather a lot of parts in the exact same fashion. Lately I've been checking eBay for "scrap circuit boards" and the like and have found some great chips.
