Searching for white led backlight for lcd display 150x50mm

Anyone here maybe know where to buy these ?
I need to replace a CFL backlight preferably with a white led backlight, something like this but then bigger, 150mmx50mm 3mm thick good diffusion.

Following. I’ve also had little luck finding larger backlight modules.

For what it’s worth, something I bought the parts for but haven’t put together yet is using a COB LED module as the backlight. They come in many different shapes, sizes and voltages. While they’re intended for high currents for illumination, one can of course run them at a fraction of their maximum current to get a backlight-friendly light flux.
