Seeking info about Siemens FZJ logic (1980's)
(1/1)
iXod:
Some equipment with a "FZJ101 H4" DIP-16 IC, needs replacement. Best I can determine it's a Siemens dual JK flip-flop. No idea what logic, voltages, etc. it's based on.
I'd like to find a datasheet and with the goal of replacing this IC with a modern one and some external circuitry (I think this is a high-voltage type, maybe resistant to noise?).
Any help is very much welcome.
Thanks.

So lets try some BASIC info from you, what is the supply voltage, what is the clock frequency ? A picture of the pcb with said part also might be illuminating, sorry ost my crystal ball at the moment!

IIRC those run off 15VDC, and have quite high noise immunity. Never worked with them, just found some modules in the scrap yard.
