Title: SFP calibration

Hello everyone,

I have a SFP module.
 
I don't have many information about it. I know it consist of a programmable IC that convert electrical signal to optical signal. And also a laser diode that convert optical signal to fiber.

Now I want to know that is the TX power defined in IC or in laser diode?
 
And if I want to change the TX power, what thing should I change in my module? Do I need to change my laser diode or can I change these parameter with changing in my IC programming?
