Simple integrated wireless power receiver chip ?

(1/1)

Koen:
Hello,

some DIY wireless power transmitters and receivers use convenient SOP-8 pins chips like so :

             https://www.aliexpress.com/item/23mm-single-layer-high-frequency-ultra-thin-coil-wireless-charging-power-supply-module-circuit-diagram-XKT/32735172377.html

             https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2pcs-lot-Large-Current-Wireless-Power-supply-Module-Transmitter-Receiver-Charging-Coil-5V-2A-for-Mobile/32819374166.html

These would be XKT-412 and XKT-333, available from Alibaba and the likes.

When I look for devices from big western manufacturers, I can only find 20+ pins chips in painful packages and, worse, with 10+ discretes required like TI BQ51xxx, Semtech LinkCharge.

Would anyone have a nice chip to share ? I would like 5V/300mA out of it all.

Thank you !
Koen
