I found the above OBD-II adapter on the website, and the author published the schematic and source code.
But no HEX file was published,I hope to make it in my free time.
Hope to help me convert the source code into a HEX file. It is best to convert the schematic into a layout file, which is the file format of the PCB circuit board.

I am a beginner in electronics, thank you for your help

Why can't you use it? If the registration is a problem for you, I uploaded MCUXPresso IDE here:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-zUFTgxUPGZ6hI_S9l-xrlU9UhOOydkB/view?usp=sharing

It's really easy. Install the IDE, click on Import... Existing project... Select the allpro-master folder and it'll find the project.
Then just click on build.
