I'm looking for a device to filter incoming mains voltage to run my testing gear. I think a conditioner matches this description. but there is so many, at many diferent prices. Idk what one to purchase, if that is even what I need.

What started it was that I have a cheaper 5v usb powered scope. It came with a wall wart. I didn't use it and plugged it into my power strip that had usb slots in it. But it was giving my false measurements. So I had to use the included wall wart.
But its weird, they both provided 5 volts, both supplied 2 amps. but seemed to work fine underload. but using the one in the power strip gave fasle measurements. Gonna buy a scope that isnt a 5v unit. looking into getting a Rigol MSO5074 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08MB13G1L/?coliid=I26IWLEIA4QKTG&colid=D42NGZYY5BRK&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it think went up a couple hundred thats lovely.

But I digress. I want clean conditioned power coming in for my measuring equipment. What should I buy? Everyone just link what I should buy for clean power for my gear. I have other things on this circuit and cant really install more mains circuits sadly or I would make a dedicated like.

thanks
