Locating A US Based Hobbyist Friendly "IC Broker" Site - Any Ideas?

I would like to know if anyone out there knows of a so-called "IC broker" site that is US-based and is interested in helping hobbyists.
Although quite a few advertise on our site, how do I find one that serves the average person, assuming the minimum order is usually about $100 USD. Note that some sites charge this per each part number, or merely have it for the entire order amount, across all part numbers. The parts I am looking for are 1N6609, 1N6610, and 1N6611 LEDs ( exact matches ). Quite a few sites claim to have them. Any ideas which one I should try contacting? I have never dealt with such a business before. Some of them you can tell clearly are B2B only, either by description or implied content on their site. Others are not so clear who they are willing to sell to. What does the community recommend?

Please note that I am correcting an error in the previous post. I typed the number for zener diodes instead of LED part numbers!

I've never had much problem ordering small quantities from mouser/digikey/etc. - I suspect the problem is you're looking for rare parts. The 1N6009/10/11 are obsolete and no longer made, though it seems like you might be able to special order them. A factory is not going to spin up a production line for a hobby-sized order, I'm not sure how much a broker can really help with that.

I just did a broker search for a 1N6609 JAN spec and only 14 came up in the whole world on the shelf and it would not tell me who had them. Only to send off a request. I found some pricing that pointed to about $30 each and that they could be had special order but that always means huge quantity and for government contract only from that source. Why do they need to be exact? They are just regular super bright LED's in a fancy case.

OK. I got the picture now. Well, I would say if you can find somebody with all 3 of the ones you need available, contact them and see if they will help. If you just need a few they may even give them to you sort of thing.
