Snake! on my TTL breadboard CPU (Hackaday article)
« on: July 12, 2020, 03:45:11 am »
Pretty chuffed - it seems someone wrote a Hackaday article about Snake running on my breadboard CPU build... in April  ;D.  Seems I was a bit late to realise.

Thanks.

It's variable (using a 555), so I can get below 1Hz. I can also single-step it.

It currently goes up to around 20-25KHz at full tilt. It *might* be capable of faster, but I haven't tried ...and being on breadboards, probably wouldn't go much faster than that.
