[project] - Inductor Saturation Current Tester

Hey guys!

I would like to share with you a project I`m currently making. It is a inductor saturation current tester.

It will work by discharging a capacitor bank over the inductor on test and show on a scope the current waveform.
The saturation will be seen when the current stops to grow linearly and shootup to the sky.


The equipment have a selector with three current shunts for diferent current ranges.
Also, I have integrated an external trigger input and a trigger output for better triggering of the scope.

I will be updating this post with the progress.
When I get the equipment working, I will share with you the design.
