I don't know where to get them, but Alan, who posts as w2aew on this board, recently did a repair video of a Yaesu FT-7800, where he found those diodes were defective in the radio (they used a different part number on the 7800, but the function was the same). He replaced the diodes with the L709CER diodes used for the FT-7900, after looking at the schematic of the FT-7900 radio.
As I recall from the repair video, he was able to get four of them, but I don't recall whether he mentioned his source. If it's not obvious after watching the videos, you could send him a private message.
