PS4 Controller Project

Hello, I have a perhaps out of the ordinary request. Are there perhaps any resources on how to control bluetooth devices via a playstation controller?

Let me give an example. Hypothetically, I wanted to use the PS4 controller for a small DIY RC car...where would I start?

PS4, Bluetooth Receiver, uController/Processor, just to name a few obvious integral hardware components/subsystems are to be considered.

Any knowledge of this material? I greatly appreciate your advice in advance

A microcontroller like a Cortex-M3 or MSP430 connected to a decent BT receiver module and a few PWM channels for servo control should be fairly straightforward.
