I'm here to introduce an exciting project that I've been working on: the Spark Analyzer. This isn't just another power supply unit; it's an IoT-enabled device that's hopefuly going to change how we interact with USB-C power sources. What's the Spark Analyzer All About?
The Spark Analyzer is an ESP32-powered, Internet of Things (IoT) enabled USB Type-C adjustable power supply unit (PSU). - Is the code open source? Edit - I just read the link more carefully and can see that it is. :-+
- Can it monitor and log current? If so at what resolution, accuracy and sample rate?
- ESP-IDF or just arduino?
- Can other voltages than 5V, 9V, 15V, and 20V be set?

Yes, it can monitor and log current. At the moment I have tested it to 50mA resolution and a sample rate of around 1kHz.
It is compatible with both. Left a little tag-connect in there too.
Sorry it also does 12V! There is a typo on my campaign page - will get that fixed.

Could it be set to 3.8V or 3.3V ? Or is that a limitation of Type-C?

That's provided by the switch mode power supply actually. It steps down the USB-C voltage (5-20V) to a stable 3.3V for the MCU's power domain.
