I want to buy these tiny DC motors with Right angle shaft and encoder, do you know a chines  manufacturer or supplier for them?

Google suggests Changzhou Vic-Tech Motor Technology Co., Ltd though I have no idea if that's an actual manufacturer or just an intermediary.

Chinses ? Is that Chinglish?

The motor is generally known as an "N20" form factor / size.

Also, if you search on alibaba instead of aliexpress, you'll find manufacturers and/or distributors oriented to the industrial market.
