Strange problem with ngspice-25

I've been trying for hours to get the following netlist to output data into a rawfile, but it just will not do it for some reason. 
It works just fine for op, dc and tran.

As you can see No. Points is zero.
Either I'm doing something very wrong or ngspice is broken.

Oh I found the problem, it wants me to use Meg instead of M, what the hell is this
