Solar LED Heart Ornament (SPV1040 + Supercapacitor + Ring-Oscillator)

Made a wee solar powered ornament that uses an ST SPV1040 to charge a supercapacitor (AVX SCMS22C255PRBA0) during the day, and a ring oscillator (at 59mHz) to drive an LED during the night.
