all in one digital rework station from china

I came across this really nice small, compact, all in one station by some guy in china.
Main parts are readily available on aliexpress, etc..

  but getting it all wired up right is not clearly depicted 
Anyone who can clearly describe the build process (what to connect to where) is more than encouraged to grant us wisdom.

Here's two pictures I pulled off aliexpress (but the small chinese print isn't legible to me)
The really intriguing part is how to wire up the JBC handle, and also how to connect both the soldering iron and the desoldering gun to the same connector while getting the controller to power only one of them at a time.
