- audio (line in, line out) preamp and i/o selector that is arduino controlled.
- learning receive-side IR (bring-your-own IR remote)
- motorized pot as control element (no audio goes thru it)
- telco quality latching relays used in passive R2R attenuator, 127.5dB range in half dB steps
- hitachi 2x14 lcd display with LCDuino backpack module behind it
- extensive customizable menu system (port names, etc)
- hooks for remote-remote control (web-based, wifi, xbee)
- planned integration with remote audio-video-power switches
blank boards for all that are available. all parts are easily buyable at mouser/etc. thruhole used for all boards (easy DIY). schematics, board layouts, source code and makefiles (etc) available for download.
I spent a lot of time on this (as did my partner, AMB labs). we tried to make something unique and high quality, with a strong DIY focus.
