Tesla EV Mobile Connector disassembly circuit question

He placed different resistors at both ends of the Relay(3.3MΩ & 2MΩ) . Does this have any special purpose?

Because the common detection method is to place resistors at both ends of the relay, and Tesla's design seems to only detect the output of the relay.
