Sub for TS274

I need a thru-hole sub for a TS274 used in an RF app up to about 20Mhz.  I can probably get a TS274 off ebay but thought I would check here first.

TLC274 is a direct sub AFAIK. Check if TI still sells them in DIP.

And.... 20MHz? Not sure if either chip will do that.
