Help identifying connector - wire to board
« on: August 01, 2020, 12:09:37 pm »
Hi,

Does anybody recognise this connector? I'd appreciate any pointers - I've not had any luck finding it with parametric search on Mouser/ Digikey/ Farnell, nor the obvious manufacturer websites such as Hirose, JST, Molex, etc.

It looks rather like a board-to-board connector, but it's actually wire-to-board (or at least, the variant I have here is). It's taken from a Panasonic TV that's probably 15-20 years old.

I'm trying to source the board-mount part; the outer dimensions (ignoring legs) of the plastic body are 13.0mm x 5.0mm, and 4.4mm high for the 20-way part pictured here. It is a two-row part.

And just in case it helps identify it, here are some pictures of the mating wire-mount part:

And the two parts mated:

Many thanks,
Tom
