Thermal camera on Labview

Hi, I'm trying to get the video the Infiray P2 PRO thermal camera is recording on Labview and get the temperature as well. The problem is that I get the video in greyscale and I think I need it in raw data but I don't know how to get it. I can share a photo with you, if you can help me with this I'll be so grateful :-BROKE
