EMC testing

Can anyone recommend any EMC test houses and also any freelancers in the UK that can assist with pre-compliance testing and resolving EMC issues that crop up?

I've used these people a few times now, very helpful and offered suggestions as to how to resolve some errant emissions.  I found them quite reasonable costs wise too.
There are near Cambridge.

Test houses... in the North, York EMC (now part of Eurofins) and Element (Skem or Hull branch have been good in my experience).

As for freelancers, if you get stuck finding someone, drop me a PM, I may be able to make a recommendation but I forget which of them has what kit available and it would depend a little on specific product area.
