Tips for probe station

I would like to buy some probe tips and probe tip holders for a mini probe station I would like to build.
I would like to have an idea of which type of tip I should look for.
Which material?

I don't need to do frequency measurements.

Does anybody know any reference where the tip materials are compared in terms of performances?
