Do you recognize this part? A7001

Hi,
This is an optical isolated RS232 converter from ABB, it's broken for now and I want to replace the parts on it, I could figure out all the things expect this mystery chip with A7001 markings.

Do you recognize this part?

where can I find it? is there any new replacement part?
Also I think the IR transceiver is TFDU4101, here is the markings, is it a right guess? the marking is 4101 84D
