Reverse engineering Sanyo Denki PMSM servo amplifier

A while ago, I got to a decommissioned servo amplifier for a synchronous motor (PMSM). I am very interested in the solution, since it is solved analogically. But the problem is that most of the ICs are hybrids from Sanyo. So far, I haven't been able to get enough of at least the block diagram of the individual circuits or the datasheets. Could someone advise me where they would sit and if they could be obtained? It would help me a lot, as I am interested in electric drives and would like to understand how this driver for PMSM worked. At the moment, I have no idea what type of control could have been used there (scalar or vector control), as it was a converter for 3 pieces of PMSM for moving the X, Y and Z axis on the CNC mill.
