Turns in antenna feed transmission line... it's okay, right?

This might seems like a stupid question, but it is okay to route antenna feedlines (CPWG or microstrip) in anything other than a single straight line if you keep the characteristic impedance and avoid stupid things like 90 degree turns, right?
