ULN2003A replacement

(1/1)

Freighternut:
Hi,

Does anybody know of a more modern replacement for the venerable ULN2003A 7 channel Darlington driver.

I am starting development of a general purpose high current (500ma per channel) driver board to be driven by SPI or I2C. The board will be based on 3.3 volt logic so the driver needs to be compatible with this voltage on the input side. I will be opto isolating some channels and including a few higher current (1 - 2 Amp) outputs as well.

I have spent quite a bit of time Googling for this, but have not yet found any drivers readily available.

Thanks.

Would something like this work?
