Title: uLow power accelerometers with kB sized buffers
Post by: itsfreerealestate on December 01, 2018, 05:13:54 pm
I spotted that Bosch is releasing / has released a 3-axis ultra low power (single microamps in low power, ~14uA in full run) accelerometer. What seems unique about is it also includes a kB sized buffer which is something I've only really seen on IMUs. Was wondering if anyone had seen any similar accelerometers; the FIFO's on accelerometers tend to be a lot smaller.

Cheers!

Yes, you can take a look at AD accelerometers for instance.
The ADXL372 is in the same ballpark (~22 µA, FIFO of 512 samples, higher max ODR).
